Dispatch & Processing

• All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, Monday–Friday (excluding UK holidays).

• If delays occur (e.g. materials, customs), we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Delivery Estimates

• UK (mainland): 2–5 business days after dispatch

• Ireland & EU: 5–10 business days

• North America, Australia, and Rest of World: 7–20 business days (may vary based on local customs and postal services)

Note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery time may be longer due to customs clearance or external factors.

International Shipping

• Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

• We provide required customs documentation; however, any additional charges due to destination country regulations are beyond our control.

• Orders marked as delivered by carrier are considered received—you may need to contact local carriers for further assistance.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated based on location and selected service level at checkout.

• Any additional fees for remote or hard-to-reach locations will be clearly displayed before purchase. 

Risk & Title Transfer

• Ownership and responsibility for your items transfer to you once they are delivered to your specified address—not when dispatched.

• Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days.

Non-Delivery

• If delivery is not received within the expected timeframe, you may be entitled to a refund or compensation in line with UK consumer regulations.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (“cooling-off period”) with no need to provide a reason. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. 

• Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
